There was not a dry eye within the home as we watched the video made by many patients, doctors, and St. Jude workers that we had met that weekend thanking us on our accomplishment. Everyone was in shock and the room was full of an electrifying vitality, whereas simultaneously blowing up social media. It was a blessing to have the ability to experience that second and share it with so many various people which are working together for a standard trigger. Everyone danced the evening away celebrating with each other and some chocolate cheesecake (did anybody point out how good the meals was?!). The next morning we all met for one final time for closing remarks and awards. To our shock our chapter's name was referred to as, and we had been awarded with probably the most 'Outstanding Fundraising Event.' Which means that out of the over 150 chapters represented from all 50 states, our Game Day occasion was the most important success.
