This imbalance in our chosen lifestyle also creates an inner unbalance. We may first become aware about it through our emotional state. We become disturbed . Instead of working to become more balanced, we certainly have learned to sedate, numb or busy ourselves from our inner state. This leaves us in effect blind to the most dependable input , our divine direction. Making endeavours to be productive members of society , while all at once learning to focus our attention on our emotional state of being helps fix this struggle before it gets out of our command .

If we however continue to carry on in life, while ignoring our inner disappointment , it can quickly get out of hand . As inner stress and anxiety builds it impacts the healthiness of our mind body association. Our mind begins to yakety yak with negative thoughts . About anything that comes up in our existence can look like a encumbrance . Our relationships begin to ache as our negativism spills out onto the people close to us. Left unchecked the organ systems inside of the body no longer function smoothly. We may have conflicts digesting our solid food, or moving our BM's . Our bladder can become peevish . Joints and spinal column are susceptible to becoming painful . We may see our rest is disappointing and are likely to catch a cold or transmission.

Over time our inner agitation , if unaddressed, will also cause much more serious illnesses . Meditation, a love prayer, journaling, reflective walks in nature, yoga and artwork are all brilliant forms of inner work . Some variety of inner work will become a part of our day by day routine . It may be a time we will store because it is critical to grow ourselves.

Applied inner work : Through our inner practice , we will recognize how to integrate our emotions and convey harmony to our mind body and spirit. In fact we will want to feel this well being as we go through our existence , not just in our down time. We will do our best to maintain the inward focussing as we go about our day to day life . This will help us ascertain non-loving aspects of our lives much faster , because we will see things about us that we could never have when we moved through our everyday life mentally engrossed . We may right away discover new outward activities that we can engage in to lift our lives. In doing so , we become a source of positivity and improve the lives of others besides .
