She is so enthusiastic about her open home that every one must revolve round that. She had a docs appointment yesterday and she has one other one this afternoon that may interrupt my day. Sis took her to her appointment yesterday after which took her out to get issues for the open home.



She arrived home about 2 o'clock she was exhausted so I was pleased she would depart me alone to get different issues achieved, like work on the bride dress. But no that was not happening. She was in the store at 3 o'clock driving me nuts. Fussing and desirous to go upstairs to do that and that. I finally gave up when i had the gown ready for a fitting (as a minimum). So I pulled out the large mixer and that thing is such a work horse. We made up 5 completely different dough's, and a batch of fudge. Kokkokasse', light peppakkakkor, darkish ginger peppekkakor, Sour cream Sucre', My rolled sugar cookies, Then we put all the pieces in the fridge so she will be able to take out a dough and start to bake. Last night she did the kokkokasse. I did not need her baking final night as I knew she was too tired.
