Landowners warned to be fire ready

When crews responded to a house fire at 2201 East Ninth Ave. in Houghton, firefighters noticed smoke coming from a furnace.

Firefighters were called to the home and determined the furnace was burning. Firefighters took the furnace to the city's fire department where it was tested and 바카라 determined it was a flammable material. The furnace was put out and all affected units were evacuated.

No injuries were reported.

On April 7th, a home on Houghton's east side caught fire and 바카라 destroyed a trailer, which has since been repaired by a third party.

No one was injured in that fire.
