Read the full interview below… How did you find the change in lifestyle from Nigeria to New York? It was kind of weird because in my head, New York was just one big vibrant city, and my first school was upstate New York in the middle of nowhere. That was the big shock for me.

How did you find the balance between working and pursuing your music career? There was really no balance to be honest. My boss found out that all my "dental appointments" were really me going to open mic nights in Manhattan. 📸: @artieology . . You connected with Riton on Twitter, how did this interaction change things for you? He followed me and I checked his stuff out on SoundCloud. I thought it was fire, so I hit him up, and about two years later we finally hit the studio. Rinse and Repeat was the first track we made for him to play in his sets. Neither of us had a clue it was going to skyrocket like that. Thanks for all the mania, Tasmania! 💚 You braved the cold and turned the heat up! What do you like to do in your downtime? Watch TV or hang out with my friends.

I’m tryna see sumn 🤔 . Describe your sound in three words : Party. What item of clothing can’t you live without? What song do you have on repeat right now? What’s your favourite snack? What TV show are you binge watching at the minute?
What’s your personal preference? If you are an active, sporty woman who likes her clothing to be comfortable without forgoing style, opt for casual outfits. Jeans are an indispensable part of your wardrobe. With a white shirt or blouse you generate a fresh, wholesome appearance, printed tops make a fashion statement and soft, flattering tunics allow you to take your sporty look to formal events. A walk in the countryside calls for a practical blouson and sneakers, while a blazer and ballet pumps instantly convey a professional appearance. Casual is definitely cool! You like to highlight your feminine charms with elegant clothing that can be formal as well as festive. Your wardrobe features a little black dress, a pencil skirt and several flattering blouses. You prefer shift dresses and flared silhouettes in flowing materials that drape nicely to show off your figure. As soon as it gets cooler you get out a cashmere jumper and a trench coat - with elegant ballet pumps of course.
You just love to follow the latest trends and also embrace retro styles reminiscent of the swinging sixties or chilled out seventies. Long, colourful skirts and dresses, distressed jeans and an off the shoulder blouse will be the first items to put on as soon as the weather allows. For the cooler months, you might choose a combination of jeans with a faux fur waistcoat and complete the look with large earrings, necklaces and bangles. With a choice of classic items you’re well equipped for almost every occasion-add accessories like scarves, belts and jewellery, and some complementary womenswear, and you’ll be able to combine, convert and transform, while saving lots of space. Jeans: Denim is very versatile and covers all styles from casual to elegant. With many different cuts and designs, you can be sure you’ll find a pair of jeans that suit you. A white blouse: With a simply cut, good quality white blouse you have unlimited possibilities to create sporty, feminine or professional ensembles.
