One of the greatest problems most amateur poker players have is surely an inability to improve their unique mistakes, even when they do know what those mistakes are.

The simply question for you is:

Why can't players correct problems that arise again and again of their game?

The response is actually trying to use their mind to fix the problem once they should certainly use their hand. Here's how that works.

First, this assumes you know what the issue is and you are correct in your assessment. If you determine that you problem is that you just don't play Kxs enough from middle position in raised pots, situs judi then I don't even think this advise will help you. In other words, the correction must be something that helps your game, not something hurts it.

Here's the way you move training out of your mind for your hand. It's simple and delay pills work.

1. Identify your hole. (After you lose a hand if you believe "God, I can't believe I did that Again!!" you then found a dent this will correct.)

2. Create a direct, clear statement that you simply will NEVER do 'whatever' again. Or alternately which you will ALWAYS do something which you are failing to do. It has to be clear and commence using the words "I will".

3. WRITE your statement yourself, slowly, clearly and carefully 100 times. Don't rush. Don't scribble. Don't cheat by writing "I, I, I, I" down the page then "will, will, will". The point is to truly alter the way you believe.

4. In the future should you choose that thing you aren't supposed to do again, then write your sentences again 100 time BEFORE YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO PLAY AGAIN.

Typically this can take about 1 hour to perform. And when you're done the hole will probably be plugged.

Here are a couple of examples from my personal experience - which I've written 100 times:

I won't again call a Large Bet when I Know my Good hand is beat.

Have you ever done that? You have trips and the flush hits so you know there's a 90% chance the guy was on the flush draw, but when he pushes or bets big you call anyway?

I will realize that careful play is not weak.

I did this one after losing $1800 since they can be recklessly aggressive with great hands, but had I played those hands more carefully I would have seen that I was beat or lost significantly less money.

Here are a couple of statements that most beginners have to write:

I will forever check my position before you make any decision.

KT SUCKS. OK, this can be a BIG one for beginners. You all have your 'lucky' hands or hands for reasons uknown you play. Mine was Q9 when I started - don't ask! Whatever yours' is, write 100 times which it SUCKS!

I will never call when I should raise, and I will not call when I should fold.

I won't play a hand if I lack a plan.

If I have the most obvious hand and make up a pot sized bet then I'll believe the re-raiser has me beat.

The list might go on and on. The point isn't to acquire writer's cramp, the point is to get a TOOL which you can USE as needed. Everyone has The Issue that keeps showing up. Fix it!! Now you know how.
