7 People You’ll Meet At Fashion Week
De CidesaWiki
To celebrate the glorious festivities of London Fashion Week (the best week in my calendar), I’m rounding up the top seven people you’re most likely to encounter at the event, no matter which one you attend around the globe. With their pickets held higher than a fashion snobs nose, you’ll find these guys alone or amongst a flock of similarly outraged demonstrators. Whether they’re protesting about the use of fur for fashion (and rightly so), or body standards in the industry, they’re not one to be missed. With the recent rise of internet fame and self-branding (looking at you KJ), Fashion Week has become a calendar event for bloggers to frequently haunt. Armed with their faux designer handbags and sunglasses on cloudy days, you’ll find them ‘casually’ lingering outside a venue waiting to be papped. The street style photographers have become notorious for causing a ruckus outside of the hosting venues - mainly due to their traffic blocking photoshoots. You know who she is but she doesn’t know who you are. The Serena Van Der Woodsen of Fashion Week, she’s at the hottest events with a killer ‘I woke up like this’ vibe. Can someone hook a girl up with her stylist please? Fashion Week wouldn’t be Fashion Week without a visit from HRH Anna Wintour. She’s fashion royalty who’ll be judging the festivities. Always immaculately dressed, the Editor will be chief in command on the FROW of every event. Making an appearance to support their bezzie mate designer, this girl will have all the paparazzi chasing her. She can usually be spotted in the centre of a media frenzy or FROW next to the Editor’s. The girl that we can all relate too. Trying to juggle Starbucks coffees, schedules and her boss’s Prada at the same time, she’s the girl who’s job we all want to have (deep down). But until that happens, we’ll just cheer her on from the side lines.

’s a way of life. Everyone around the table has to resist tucking in until you’ve mastered the perfect insta-worthy pic and you’re srsly in no rush when it comes to getting the right lighting. ’t care. Soya milk anyone? While the flower crown comes as a close second, nothing beats the flawless coverage of the dog filter. Talk about one hot dog. They’re super cute and girly and who doesn’t want to be part of the ‘mermaid squad’? Because why would you want any dog other than a pug? The pics you post, the filters you use and the captions you write all make the difference. We’re always partial to a little bit if Valencia tho lets be real. Come on, they’re the best words going. Don’t be a hater.
Hey Beauties, we all love a good lip liner, but achieving that flawless lip can seem a little tricky sometimes. Don’t worry I gotchu. Follow my tutorial to see how I achieve a smooth and seamless lip with a gorgeous glow. Conceal the outlines of your lips for a blank canvas this means you are in control if you want to follow your lip line or overdraw your lips to achieve a fuller look. This also stops the pigment of the lip liner from bleeding. If you want a straight lip line draw from the edge of your cupid’s bow to the corners of your mouth from top to bottom. For a curved lip line, draw from the corners of your mouth to the top of the cupid’s bow, in a motion from bottom to the top. If, like me, you haven’t got a steady hand, outline your lips by drawing a cross on your cupid’s bow and dashes down the lip. Connect the dots gently and fill in with lipstick. Always add your gloss to the centre parts of the mouth. A darker outer lip and a brighter inner lip creates the illusion of a fuller lip.
