Your constitution rating will increase by 1 and your energy score increases by 2 and the Goliaths have a lifespan comparable to the humans.

Then add this number to your passive notion rating. Initiative: When the DM says to "Roll for initiative." you will roll 1d20 and add your dexterity modifier. This shall be your initiative score for this spherical and determines what order you'll act throughout a combat spherical. You can enter your initiative rating in this area for your reference.
