Have you ever noticed how men and women poker players tend to have different playing styles during free poker games?

This might not be something which lots of players can easily recognise. However, I have noticed it a whole lot from playing at different tables both free poker games and high stakes, web casino. My observation is the fact that female poker qq players are generally a little more careful than male players. Women tend to play hands less often, and merely defeat small pots to keep above water. In comparison these are often more aggressive, take more risks and chase larger pots.

Although it could be a biased opinion, I feel strongly towards my claim and have no doubts by what I've learned, as I say, they're observations removed from many free poker tournaments on the internet and paid Internet and casino tables.

Another observation is that it may be simpler to push a lady off a pot compared to a male player. Women have a tendency to stay away from the larger pots as I've mentioned already. That's why it's easier to buy a pot from a lady player than against a male.

Now before anyone gets angry I'm not taking anything out of the female game your point, I just believe that women often play a greater portion of a conservative game which can be also an edge to them.

This is simply because men tend to proceed carelessly slightly. They'll make an effort to force hands that aren't can be. Not to say that only they are doing it, but once again, it's only something I've noticed from playing myself. It seems to get especially prevalent in free poker games and tournaments where despite the insufficient risk the ladies play a far more sensible game with a far more strategic objective in contrast to an all-in and hope mentality.

Of course everyone has their flaws and strong points and it is not merely down to gender! You'll find super cautious male players and very aggressive women.

As intelligent "cut across the average" players of either sex we should always attempt to study from our mistakes, practice at free poker games to enhance and accept that we might have certain gender related traits we should try and harness to our advantage.
