And then we get to the gold standard; wisdom. This is the proper use of knowledge; it is taking the knowledge and thinking deeply about how what we know will impact not only us, also future generations.

If there was no technical explanation for the 'failure', then consider that perhaps this event is really part of the old you and it's a sign to step in to the new projects, new vision, and the new goals you've set for yourself.

The third reason for YOU to call customers is that you appear more successful when you do. Just reflect on the story I shared with you.
