If this place was in Vancouver or Toronto I would have given it 1 or 2 stars. However given that is Yellowknife, and there isn't much competition for Vietnamese meals, hu tieu ngon o sai gon I'd rate it as a 3. Just don't anticipate genuine food. Prices are a lot larger than what I'm used to paying. Thirteen for pho is steep!
Clumped noodles: Um, that's how it is served. You need to move the noodles around in the soup to separate them before they clump. They do not take AMEX: get a Visa card.
