Who are you? I have two students that received just about the same feedback from me. I went into their answers, and carefully dissected where they had gone wrong - gave them more direction and the opportunity to take another cut at the assignment.

Don't say you can't line them up because you don't have to do that all alone anymore either. These scrapbook suppliers have thought of everything and they have guides you can put down to line your letters on. They come in straight, curvy, arched, in circles and all kinds of shapes. So you have no excuse for not labeling your pages. If you don't want to buy, or can't buy a lot of supplies, look for a "crop" to which you can go. At crops, you can share supplies with a friend, trade supplies or purchase supplies on the spot. Scrapbook stores have crops and Creative Memories learning development project have crops that you can go to. You can also host a Creative Memories "crop" and earn some free supplies while having fun with friends in your own home. Creative Memories has some great lettering tools also.

I can honestly say that most walk-in stores will not have what you are looking for. To the Web! I say. You can find exactly what you want, something no one else will have, and add that personal touch to your new room. Remember that in order to keep elements from clogging your floors and dresser tops, use unique shelving and bookcases to store memorabilia and other trinkets we all love to display and hold onto. And definitely consider California closets to get the most storage space out of your closets. You could even do it yourself! Check the Organization aisle at your local Home Depot or Lowes type stores.

Risk-taking. Leaders sometimes take a fall-some are harder than others. But if they do not risk their neck and their reputation, then they will not also learn the value of victory. Young leaders have to come to terms with the level of risk they can take comfortably. They also need to learn how to establish safety nets in case some of their risky maneuvers fail.

An extremely useful step in our Leadership Development is seeing myself as others see me. So I need to understand their perceptions of my behavior. My effectiveness in leading, relating to, or working with others is highly dependent on their perceptions of me. I may not agree with what they see, but their perception is our reality. Those around me have an opinion of who they think the real me is. Their perceived "truth" becomes the way they treat me. Their perception forms their part of the reality of our relationship.

From Wiki: Servant leadership is an approach to Leadership Development, coined and defined by Robert Greenleaf and advanced by several authors such as Stephen Covey, Peter Block, Peter Senge, Max Du Pree, Margaret Wheatley, Ken Blanchard, and others. Servant-leadership emphasizes the leader?s role as steward of the resources provided by the organization. It encourages leaders to serve others while staying focused on achieving results in line with the organization?s values and integrity.

Great Instructional Design attracts learners to the content, to the performance ideal, and to the change process. This attraction is essential for changing behavior. Change is difficult at best and painful at worst. But when we are attracted to something we are willing to change for it. We want to absorb it and ingest it and become it. Not because someone tells us we should, but because we want to. Because we are attracted to it. I write a lot of content, and I can tell you that even the best content is no substitute for design.

Training should be designed so that you can enter the training process when it suits you, the trainee. Well designed and constructed training meets trainee needs. Trainees should be able to join and leave the training as it suits their needs, not locked into a process that puts the needs of the training provider as first priority.

After the furniture learning development project in place you are ready to dress the wall or walls with just the right artsy touch. Select a picture that goes with your theme or has a touch of the wall color in it to really bring out the room. Here are the last elements you may wish to add: a plant or tree (fake, if you are like me), a table waterfall or fountain, or floor fountain, or zen garden, and scented candles.

My passion is connecting people with information, ideas, opportunities and resources in order to see them grow from bright to brilliant . It's what I've been doing in some form in every major career milestone: as a teacher, trainer, Instructional Design, and now coach. And it is one of the things that make me an excellent coach and speaker: I love finding and sharing information. Where someone else may get bored or frustrated hunting down information, I relish the opportunity to find and share what I discover.
