CentaurGGTR: The Strength enhance is a great begin, and Charge is fantastic on a barbarian. If you happen to rage before charging, the hoof attack is an extra opportunity to apply your Rage bonus to damage, not to mention your crazy Strength bonus. LoxodonGGTR: The Constitution enhance is nice, but Natural Armor will hopefully be overridden by Unarmored Defense, and the Loxodon has very little else to contribute to the Barbarian.
Why no on the sheet? Simply because the sheet is meant to follow the foundations as written and not any custom, homebrew or specialised ruleset. Since we already get Intimidation proficiency, we will exchange the redundant proficiency with one thing else.
