Dennis mckenna to face trial on child sex charges, is accused of offering sex for money.


Kurtis Alexander, 21, was sentenced by the state District Judge to three years' probation and eight months on house arrest, a judge said Friday.


Alexander, of South Carolina, was arrested in April following a nine-month investigation.


Police said he approached teenage girls at parties, got them to perform oral sex, took them to his office and took them home.


Alexander, who turned 21 in May, was sentenced Friday by Judge Michael Moore to spend four years in the South Carolina Correctional Facility.


Moore also ordered Alexander to register as a sex offender, 바카라 pay $3,500 in court costs and attend a 10-day treatment program.


He must register twice a month for the next nine months and avoid contacting any of the victims.


According to prosecutors, 바카라 Alexander repeatedly approached teenage girls and young women at various parties, including on South Carolina beaches.


Authorities were first tipped off by the family of one victim in October, Moore told Alexander's attorney, 바카라 Steven G. Haus, when he returned from working in Atlanta. The victim's mother notified police at the time, Moore said.


As part of a plea bargain with authorities, Alexander will spend six months in prison. Alexander, of Summerville, was arrested earlier this year.


He has denied the charges. In his guilty plea Friday, Alexander said he did nothing wrong and was seeking a fair trial to help his family and the victims.


Authorities said Alexander took at least three underage girls to his home between July and September, at various times between March and October of 2011.
