Investigation continues into telstra poisoning bid

A spokesman for Telstra said the company was investigating and "any and all allegations" would be investigated.

The man was rushed to hospital at 2am but died a day later.

"The incident is a tragic incident and we will investigate it and take appropriate action," the spokesman said.

"We are deeply saddened by the death of this customer," said a Telstra spokeswoman.

"We are also grieving his loss."

"It's a difficult period for Telstra. This incident, however, underscores how serious the concerns are."

The ABC understands a representative from a medical professional was on the site near the site of the incident, and asked for privacy when contacted by the ABC.

The company said it would review the incident and 바카라 if it was found to be "appropriate and necessary" it would investigate.

"We can confirm a customer was rushed to hospital in Fremantle on Monday. We are following up with the local medical services and our investigators are currently gathering evidence," Telstra said in a statement.

"We are aware of several inquiries, as well as the ongoing public interest in this matter."

The report into the incident will continue to assess whether the company was in the process of covering up the potential contamination of their supply chain.

The inquiry is now underway.

In September this year the Victorian Government's health minister, Matthew Guy, said a Telstra employee had been diagnosed with an abnormal bone marrow count.

Telstra responded by stating the worker had been placed on "restricted leave and has been placed on a sick leave plan".

The following month the Health Department announced a review of how Telstra conducted its supply chain.

"We will work closely with all companies, governments and public sector bodies to ensure they don't do it again and that their actions are recorded for future reference and therefore can be considered for the future," the department said at the time.

On Monday Telstra released the results of the investigation, which examined its operations to ensure standards were being maintained.

The company said it has since tightened its control over all supplies of blood products.
