Crispin critical of govt in farwell speech – and then the government went quiet."

The Labour councillor said he had been informed that Mr Duncan would not be going to the debate.

Mr Tipton told BBC Radio 4's Today programme: "It's very much a matter for 바카라 him. The Labour party does have a message for 바카라 the Government, it's an important one."

Mr Tipton said Labour wanted a free vote and he would "certainly get in and vote" for the Government if it was prepared to listen to his party and respect the will of the people.

"I think we will be having a debate on the floor of the house of commons tomorrow morning and I will certainly be voting for the Government and also looking at all the views from MPs and others in both parties that will take place in those debates."

He told the BBC's Andrew Marr Show that the Government had no intention of dealing with a vote of no confidence by MPs.

He said that in the absence of a parliamentary vote the Government would be relying upon an "enthusiastic" vote at the conference and Mr Duncan would have to decide by December 26 or on December 27 whether he would hold a vote, at that stage, to continu
