ICYMI the Brits took place last night and we’ve rounded up all the red carpet outfits you need to see. This year celebrated the 40th annual Brit awards and hosted performances from Dave, Lewis Capaldi, and Billie Eilish. Obviously there was a couple of awkward moments, including Jack Whitehall mistaking Harry Styles’ sister for his girlfriend and Lewis Capaldi thanking his grandma for dying so that he could write a hit about it. Bow down to Anne Marie. She hit the red carpet in a silky pink dress and matching hair. The train on her dress pretty much stretched the length of the carpet. Model, activist and all round babe Adwoa stepped out onto the carpet in a super chic Vivienne Westwood gown and a statement fluffy bag. Billie in Burberry is everything, she even matched her manicure to her outfit. She took home the prize for Best International Female artist. We are 100% here for Charlie’s gothic tulle vibes. She looks unmistakably fierce (despite Mastercard, the official sponsors of the awards, accidentally mixing her up with FKA Twigs).

Can we all just take a hot minute to appreciate Grace’s satin trouser suit? She has kept the accessories and boots minimal, making it all about the floral print. Grandad, but make it fashion. Is it really a red carpet roundup without a look from Harry Styles? He wore head-to-toe Gucci for the event. Jorja looked like the superhero that we would actually watch a movie about (and all 8 sequels). She turned up in a bold spotty catsuit with matching knee-high boots. If you are going to make a tribute to anything on the red carpet, make it Hershey’s chocolate. Lizzo performed 4 songs at the ceremony, before hitting the afterparties until gone 5am (that’s our girl). Mabel picked up the award for the Best Female Solo Artist, exactly 30 years after her mum received Brit awards for Best International Breakthrough and Best International Solo Artist. Maya just took the LBD to the next level (imagine the amount of tit tape needed). She teamed the dress with a pair of long black gloves and diamond jewellery. If you can’t be dripping in jewels on a red carpet, then when can you? Shoulder pads are back in a big way. Michelle looked fierce on the Brits carpet and styled out the dress with a pair of matching barely there heels and a simple clutch. Stormzy performed a medley of hits from Heavy is The Head and was crowned Male Solo Artist of the year. He kept it chic and simple on the carpet, with a polo neck jumper and a pair of crisp white chinos. Stay in the loop with loads of red carpet roundups, celebrity style steals and influencer inspo. You might not be able to afford designer couture, but you can probs stretch to a cute new dress from our new-in section.

She’s the UK born stylist and contributing Fashion Editor to Flaunt Magazine currently killing it in the industry. Based in LA, she’s behind one of the best-dressed hip-hop groups in the world, having styled trio Migos from The Met Gala to performances on live TV, she’s our current girl crush and one to watch… How did you get your start as a stylist? When I first moved over to the US, I had recently graduated from BA Women’s Fashion Design at LCF in London. The first year of being in the US, I was waiting for my Visa to get sorted so I decided to keep busy and do some internships - was also a great way to meet people. I ended up meeting a really awesome photographer who suggested I style some shoots for him. I have always had a very clear idea of what I like and what kind of girl or guy I would want to wear my designs, therefore I felt like this would translate into styling, it just wouldn’t be my clothing and someone else!

Long story short, I developed a real love for styling, I realised I wanted to really pursue this. So I ended up making my own website, sending it to photographers that I felt had a similar taste and hustled and worked hard on each shoot. I assisted some stylists out here such as Alison Edmond but put a lot of time into developing my own business. When I know what I want I’m pretty focused and I make it happen. What’s the best piece of advice you could give to get into styling? Really find out who you are and what is your point of view. For me, styling isn’t just for the girls or guys that can dress well, it’s really artistic expression and when I look at a great stylist’s work, the way they put things together and see things, I feel like I learn about them and who they are. How did you and Migos start working together? I first started working with Migos on a Billboard cover shoot!
